DVL-150 Diodes

DVL-150 avalanche diodes designed for half-way detection of alternating test voltage, generated by UIV and UIV-M series sets and provide possibility of object tests by means of direct voltage up to 70 kV

Diodes produced in two versions: DVL-150-1 and DVL-150-2:

Diodes have high resistance against the impulse voltages and current overloads.
