UIV-M-(15, 50, 100, 150) kV Mobile Test Sets

UIV-M sets are designed for use as part of mobile test laboratories.

As distinct from portable UIV sets, all h.v. elements of UIV-M sets are mounted on common frame in form of one whole high voltage block and connected with corona-free bus; these sets have grounded control panel in form of standard 19-inch metal case-crate.

Such design gives possibility of test voltages obtaining in limited spaces of mobile laboratories and provides operational reliability of sets in transportation shaking conditions.

UIV-M sets "base" case includes:

  • IOG-xx test transformer;
  • PU 220-21/4,4 control panel (to UIV-xx/7,5M set) or PU 220-31/14 with RN 220/14 regulator (to UIV-100/20M set);
  • DN-xxE(O) voltage divider;
  • DVL-150-2 diode;
  • Cable set.

Set of documents, supplied with set, includes:

  • Set"s operational manual (includes periodical test procedure);
  • VA-11 voltmeter operational manual;
  • DN-xxE(O) voltage divider operational manual;
  • Set certificate;
  • Certificate of Federal Agency for Technique Regulation and Metrology of Russian Federation for voltage divider calibration;
  • Certificate of Federal Agency for Technique Regulation and Metrology of Russian Federation for VA-11 voltmeter calibration. 

 


Add-on devices and instruments

At customer option in UIV-M set scope of supply can be included add-on devices and instruments:

  • SMD-10 (SMD-11) opto-isolated current detector – provides possibility of object insulation leakage current measuring during direct (alternating) voltage tests;
  • IPG-100 removable wall entrance (SF6–filled?) insulator;
  • AZ-100 automatic grounding device.

IPG-100 insulator

IPG-100 removable wall entrance, SF6–filled insulator is designed for output of test voltages, generated by UIV-M sets, from mobile laboratory to test objects.

In “test position” the insulator  is installed in hole in the high voltage section wall jf mobile laboratory by means of special sealed flange: 

 

In transport position the insulator should be latched inside the section by means of special holder, and hole in the section wall should be closed by sealed cover:

 

USZ-100 automatic grounding device

Automatic grounding device type USZ-100 is designed for mobile test laboratories on the basis of two damping resistor type RD 100/15.

Two RD 100/15 resistors can be discharge energy of 18000 Joule

Device electromechanical drive is controlled by set control panel:

  • USZ-100 switching-off – at set main contactor switching on;
  • USZ-100 switching on – at operating contactor switching off: manually or automatically – at test insulation breakdown or flashover

 After USZ-100 actuation (switch-on) with 0.1 second delay, set control panel provides actuation of mobile laboratory main ("dumb") earthing device.
