HV Test Sets for dielectric tests  of 110 kV and higher voltage ratings electrical equipment

UIV-(230, 345, 395, 450, 500 кV) Test Sets are designed for dielectric tests with partial discharge measuring of 110 kV and higher voltage  ratings in the power apparatus manufacturing industry and on site.

Sets are designed for dielectric tests of equipment with an air external insulation.
At Customer option additional "docking" modules can be included in the scope of set supply, which allow to use these sets for Gas(SF6)-insulated Switchgear (GIS) testing by "closed" (screened) scheme..  

The complete Test Set includes:

SF6-block:

  • IOG-(230 … 500 kV) test transformer;
  • HV divider (coupling  capacitor);
  • “Air/SF6“-bushing;
  • Wheeled SF6-block frame with device for block slope changing and fixing;
  • Docking modules (option).

Voltage regulator block:

  • Regulating transformer;
  • Control and switching cabinet;
  • Compensating reactor.
     

PDM 201 Partial Discharges measuring Instrument:

  • Portable computer (laptop);
  • Partial discharges characteristics meter (PDM 201));
  • Remote measuring unit (“RMU”);
  • High-frequency filter (HFF) - 2 pcs;
  • Calibrating partial discharges generator (CGPD);
  • Cable set.

Sets allow to carry out tests in premises with limited floor space and ceiling height. High voltage SF6-block is easy move on testing ground of stand (see photo); block slope changing mechanism allows promptly adapt set to cealing height. ((see animation)

MPU-2.16-01 type microprocessor control panel provides manual and complete automated (by plan schedule, set up by means of it) set control:

Manual and automatic mode of operation. 16 digital inputs and outputs
Built-in digital voltmeter. Adjustment of the measuring channels scale factors.
Test procedure programming. High EMC degree.
Switching of rate of HV change Set current and voltage displaying during tests.
3 «True RMS» inputs. Built-in stopwatch.
Printer port for test report printout. High accuracy of the automatic HV setting.
Galvanic separation of the control and measuring circuits (1 kV). Temperature monitoring of HV source.
